摘　　要：从融资成本、缔约成本和PPP模式一体化带来的投资激励和创新激励的角度分析,认为:与采用传统的采购方法交付基础设施项目相比,采用PPP模式向市场提供基础设施建设项目更有助于实现项目资金最佳使用价值。In this paper, from view of financing costs, contracting costs, investment incentives and innovative incentives by the integration of PPP model, we come to the conclusion that the use of PPP model to the market for infrastructure projects is more helpful to the best value of money compared with in traditional procurement methods to deliver the infrastructure projects.
