摘　　要：诠释了项目全寿命周期和工程理念的内涵,阐明各阶段涉及的价值与伦理等工程理念问题,基于哲学视角重新思考工程、工程项目和工程理念的定位和作用,分析它们各自不同的特征及其"思维-现实"关系,为保障工程项目和谐有序发展和推动项目管理理论的研究提供新思路。This paper reveals the implication of the whole life cycle of projects and engineering concept, demonstrates the value and ethics issues in various project phases. From the point of philosophy, it rethinks engineering, engineering projects and engineering concept, analyzes their functions, characteristics and the relation of view and reality. It provides fresh views in smoothly processing engineering projects and promoting theoretical research of project management.
