摘　　要：文章基于循环经济的中小城市规划研究,在城市规划中引入循环经济的新理念,采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,分析了循环经济和城市规划的内涵、基本特征和基本原则,研究了循环经济与城市规划的辩证关系。Based on the circulation economy of the small and medium-sized city planning research, the article not only introduces the new concept of the circulation economy into the urban planning, but also has analyzed the circulation economy and the urban planning connotation, the basic characteristic and the basic principle by using the method of unifying the qualitative and the quantitative analysis.
