摘　　要：根据晋西北和太行山"两区"各县域的特点及其经济发展状况,选择合理的县域经济发展模式,确立本地区的优势产业,使之成长为能够代表县域经济发展方向的主导产业,带动县域产业结构不断优化和升级,从而使县域经济发展建立在生态环境可承受的基础之上,实现在"两区"开发战略中整个县域经济循环发展、社会全面进步的目标。According to the Shanxi Taihang two areas north-west and the characteristics of the county and its economic development, selection of a rational model of economic development at county level to establish the region＇s dominant industries, so that the growth of the county to be able to represent the direction of economic development, leading industries and county to optimize and upgrade industrial structure, so that the county＇s economic development based on eco-environment based on tolerance to achieve in the two districts, county economic development strategy as a whole cycle of development and social comprehensive progress goals.
