摘　　要：设计了三相复费率电能表检测和管理电力负荷。该表以ATT7022B数模混合电路为计量芯片,以NEC(μPD78F0525)单片机为CPU协调和控制系统各部件,实现了复费率电能计量、电能管理、事件记录、自动抄表等功能。阐述了CPU芯片的主要功能,及计量电路、日历及时钟电路、通信电路等的组成。电能表的软件系统包括程序数据结构模块、程序初始化与电表运行处理模块、事件分配查询管理处理模块及显示处理模块、通信处理模块、电量处理模块、时间与时段管理处理模块7大部分。所设计的电能表已在实验室完成校表工作,精度达到0.5级。A three-phase multi-rate electric power meter is developed for the measuring and management of electric power load. Taking ATT7022B as measuring chip and microchip of NEC（μPD78F0525） as CPU for coordination and control of system components ,the meter realizes multi-rate electric power measurement,electric power management,event register and automatic metering. The main functions of CPU are introduced. The measuring circuit,calendar and clock circuit,and communication circuit are described. The system software consists of 7 modules,i.e, data structure,initialization ＆ operation,event management,display,communication, measurement,time ＆ period management. The designed meter is checked in lab,with precision grade of 0.5.
