摘　　要：目的面对医院传统病案管理模式的困境和当今社会利用病案资料的不断深入,探讨医院病案管理数字化实用技术和方法。方法利用影像拍摄技术将病案原件的纸张进行数字化处理,使用光盘存储技术进行病案资料存档,将几十万份病案信息数字化后变为"手提病案库"。同时配合大型数据库技术和大容量硬盘资料缓存技术。结果建立数字化病案管理系统,实现病案资料的网络检索、查询和打印输出。结论解决病案的安全存储的同时挖掘了大量的历史病案信息,使病案成为一种现代化方式的保存和管理,节约了空间、提高了工作效率使其更方便、快捷地为医院、社会各界及患者服务。As computer technology is widely used in hospital management field, digital medical records technology an inevitable trend in medical records management. The work and contents of digital medical records includes digital treatment of medical records data, storage and retrieval of medical records data and application and maintenance of medical records data system. Digital medical records are from digitalization of original medical records by using image shooting technology. The establishment of digital medical records management not only could resolve safe storage of medical records, but also could make information retrievals of so many historical medical records of our hospital more convenient, and serve hospitals, all social sector and patients better.
