某院住院手术开展情况专题分析

摘　　要：目的对某院住院手术情况进行专题分析,为医院领导提供决策参考;方法运用powerbuilder9.0和EXCEL对病案统计数据库中2007年、2008年数据进行筛选和分类统计;结果手术量同比增长明显,术前住院日稍长,住院患者手术率不高,腹腔镜阑尾切除术等术种开展例数增长明显,子宫下段剖宫产术等术种开展例数有所下降,腔镜手术和介入造影手术开展术种和例数不够;结论手术对医院经济效益明显,手术质量需进一步提高,手术的发展趋向于微创化、介入化、内科化,应大力开展腔镜和介入手术,进一步缩短平均术前住院日,完善手术管理,防范医疗纠纷,充分利用有限的卫生资源,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益,增强医院核心竞争力。Objective A special analysis of surgery during hospitalization in a certain hospital was made to provide decision - making reference for hospital leaders, Methods Data of 2007 and 2008 in medical records statistical database was screened and made classified stat istics by applying Power- Builder 9.0 and EXCEL. Results Surgery amounts increased compared with the same period of last year. Hospitalization days before operation were longer slightly. Operat ion rate of inpatients was net high. Development cases of laparoscopic appendectomy increasedsignificalcantly, while development cases of lower uterine segmental cesarean decreased in some cxlent, development types and cases of endoscope - assistant surgery and interventional angiography surgery were not enough. Conclusions Surgery could bring obvious economic benefits to hospital. Surgery quality needed further improvement. Surgery development showed the tendency of minimal invasion, intervention and internal medicine. Endoscope- assistant surgery and interventional surgery should be carried out greatly to further shorten average hospital ization days bofore operations, improve surgery management, prevent medical dispute, fully use limited health resources to increase hospitals＇ social benefits and economic benefits as well as core competence.
