摘　　要：目的了解意外跌伤的发生原因及变化。方法收集某院1,765例意外跌伤患者的病案资料,对意外跌伤的发生原因等进行统计分析。结果意外跌伤主要发生在老年人,其次是工人;损伤的部位主要是颅脑,且男性多于女性。结论加强老年人的监护和工人安全操作的宣传,采取可行性防范措施,减少意外跌伤的发生。Objective To investigate the causes and trends of accident falling injuries. Methods Through collecting the medical records data of 1765 patients with accident failing injuries ora certain hospital, the causes of accident falling injuries was analyzed statistically. Results Accident falling injuries mainly happened in elders, followed by workers; the most common injured area was brain, and injuries were more common ill men than in women. Conclusions The monitor for elders and the promotion of safe operation for workers should be strengthened, and feasible preventive measures should be adopted to reduce accident falling injuries.
