摘　　要：TORCH感染与不良妊娠结局有关。妊娠期TORCH感染仍是造成死胎、胎儿畸形及儿童智力低下的重要因素之一。临床上已普遍开展TORCH感染的筛查,但仍存在许多问题,应该规范TORCH感染的筛查。对有不良妊娠史的高危孕妇在孕前筛查TORCH感染,并及早给予干预,对减少先天性感染儿及病残儿的出生极为重要。TORCH infection is associated with adverse pregnancy outcome. It is also an important factor causing fetal death, birth defects and children mental retardation. Screening TORCH infection is common in clinical, but still existing many problems need to regulate. The women with high risk factors should be screened TORCH infection before pregnancy and during pregnancy. Routinely screened TORCH infection and appropriate intervention will help reducing complications of neonatal.
