摘　　要：衣原体和支原体为非淋菌性尿道炎(non-gonococcal urethritis,NGU)的常见病原体,孕期可引起宫内感染,导致晚期流产、胎膜早破、胎儿宫内窘迫、胎死宫内,以及新生儿并发症和产褥期病率的发生。该文重点介绍了妊娠期合并生殖道支原体及衣原体感染的诊断与治疗。Mycoplasma and chlamydia are the main pathogens of the nongonococcal urethritis （NGU）. They can cause the intrauterine infection, even induce the late abortion, premature rupture of membrane ,fetal distress in uterus, dead fetus in uterus, etc. They also elevated the neonatal complication and maternal mortality during puerperium obviously. This paper focuses on the diagnosis and the treatment of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection in gestational period.
