医学生实习前临床技能强化训练考核情况分析研究

摘　　要：目的探索医学生临床技能强化训练的科学方法。方法对武汉科技大学临床学院121名医学专业本科生实习前临床技能强化训练的考核成绩进行分析比较,查找在临床技能方面存在的主要问题。结果体格检查成绩最低,其原因多与操作不规范、手法欠准确等有关。另外,学风对班级的总平均成绩及优秀率有一定影响。结论本次临床技能考核结果分析对今后进一步提高临床教学质量具有借鉴价值。This paper aimed at exploring for a scientific method of clinical skill strengthening training by comparison and analysis on the training examination results of 121 clinical students in Clinical College, Wuhan University of Science and Technology before practice. It was found that the examination achievements of check-up is the lowest in the whole items as a result of lack of normative and precise operation, and style of study is a primary reason to impact class average achievements. Relevant measures are put forward. The study results are available to improve clinic teaching quality.
