摘　　要：对静脉高浓度快速补钾的可行性、方法、不良反应及其护理进行综述,认为在临床护理中应重视持续心电监护,加强尿量、血清钾、血气和血糖监测,合理使用微量泵和选择适宜的静脉通道等。It summarized the method, feasibility, adverse reactions and nursing of rapid intravenous supplement of high concentration of potassium. It was con- sidered that one should pay attention to continuous ECG monitoring,strength- en monitoring of urine volume, serum potassium, blood gas,and blood sugar of patients,and micro- pumps and appropriate venous pathway should be used and selected rationally.
