摘　　要：[目的]探讨静脉穿刺置管对免疫性血管炎动物模型内皮损伤的机制。[方法]建立家兔免疫血管炎动物模型,实验组在注射静脉放置静脉留置针,对照组在注射静脉放置普通钢针,观察两组在置管不同时间局部血管内皮病理学和细菌学情况。[结果]血管炎动物模型置管后血管及血管周围组织易发生炎症性改变,随置管时间延长,血管周围炎症细胞浸润加重,并有肉芽肿形成甚至化脓灶。实验组细菌培养阳性。[结论]留置针在免疫性血管炎动物模型血管中不宜长时间置放。Objective. To probe into the influence of venous catheterization on vascular endothelial injury in immunity vasculitis animal models. Meth- ods： Rabbits model of immunity vasculitis were prepared. Rabbits of control group were used common venous needle. Rabbits of test group were applied venous trocar. Then local vascular endothelial pathological and bacteriolog- ical states of the two group rabbits had been observed at different time points. Results： Model rabbits of test group with venous catheterization were prone to inflammatory changes. With longer prolonged catheteriza- tion,perivascular inflammatory cells infiltration was more remarkable. And granuloma even purulent loci formation could be seen. Conclusion. Venous catheterization should not be placed for a long time in immunity vasculitis animal models.
