摘  要:利用铜锌尾矿和锡渣双掺配料,选用较佳的配方,改善了生料的易烧性;通过改进成球工艺,使料球小而光滑;采用正确的煅烧操作方法,克服机立窑窑型的缺陷,稳定生产高标号水泥熟料;再通过提高水泥比表面积等技术措施,稳定生产525R普通硅酸盐水泥。Burnability of raw meal with selected formula was improved by using copper and zinc tailing and tin slag as raw materials. Small pelletized raw meal with smooth surface were obtained through the modification of pelletization process. The weakness of mechanized shaft kiln was overcomed and high strength cement clinker was reliably produced with the application of proper burning procedure. Reliable production of 525R ordinary Portland cement was therefore ensured by increasing the specific surface area of cement and adopting the above-mentioned technical measures.
