摘 要:为了准确的计算双螺杆挤出机传动箱的发热量,笔者提出一种双螺杆挤出机传动箱的热平衡计算方法。该方法详细地分析了各项热源的发热机理和传热特点,给出了各项热源的计算公式,并对传动箱的散热做了分析和计算,建立了传动箱的热平衡方程。以国内某双螺杆挤出机传动箱为例进行了实验测试,通过比较计算结果和实验结果,发现计算结果与实验结果的偏差<10%,证明采用本文的方法对双螺杆挤出机传动箱进行热平衡分析是可行的。The thermal balance calculation method for the gear box of a double-screw extruder was developed to accurately calculate the quantity of heat. The heating mechanism and heat transfer characteristic of all heat sourees were analyzed in detail, and the calculation formulas of the heat resources were given. Moreover, the heat dissipation was also calculated. Based on the analysis of the heat resources and dissipation, the thermal balance equation was established. Experiment test was carried on the domestic gear box of a double-screw extruder, and the calculated results show good agreement with the experimental results. The thermal balance of the gear box of the double screw extruder by using this method was proved to be feasible.
