摘　　要：目的:探讨地震转诊伤员的病房护理管理工作方法。方法:对25例地震转诊伤员的病房护理管理工作进行归纳和总结,探索一套应对突发事件的病房管理工作模式。结果:地震转诊伤员均痊愈出院。结论:针对地震伤的特点,做好转诊伤员的应急预案,可提高护理应急管理工作能力。Objective： To discuss the methods of management of the ward for the referral patients with earthquake injury. Methods： The nursing management of the ward for 25 referral patients with earthquake injury was summed up to explore a ward management mode to deal with unexpected incidents. Results： All the referral patients with earthquake injured were cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion： A good contingency plan aiming at the characteristics of earthquake injuries can improve the management capacity to cope with emergency cases.
