摘 要:目的:探讨气管切开术后内套管消毒的最佳方法。方法:以气管切开术患者的内套管为研究对象,总计消毒210次,随机分为5组,A组(煮沸组)40次,B组(0.5%碘伏溶液组)42次,C组(3%双氧水组)38次,D组(KX超强消毒剂组)44次,E组(2%戊二醛组)46次。观察比较适合临床应用的消毒方法。结果:与其他方法比较,2%戊二醛溶液消毒时间短,效果好,且价格便宜,无腐蚀性。结论:2%戊二醛溶液浸泡法是消毒气管内套管的最佳方法。Objective: To explore the best way to disinfect internal tube of tracheal cannula after tracheotomy. Methods: The internal tubes of tracheal cannula which the patients with tracheotomy had used were taken as the objects to be studied. The used tubes were randomly divided into 5 groups and the disinfection was totally carried out for 210 times. In group A, the tubes were disinfected 40 times by means of boiling disinfection; 42 times with 0.5% Iodophor in group B; 38 times with 3% hydrogen peroxide in group C ; 44 times with KX super disinfectant in group D and 46 times with 2% glutaraldehyde solution in group E. The disinfection methods suitable for clinical application were observed and compared. Results: Compared with other methods, the time of disinfection with 2% glutaraldehyde solution was shorter; the method was effective, economical and had no corrosive. Conclusion: Marinating disinfection with 2% glutaraldehyde solution is regarded as the optimal disinfection method for internal tube of tracheal cannula after tracheotomy.
