摘　　要：通过对应用了过滤器后的中间包、铸坯的纯净度进行分析,对CaO过滤器在50tT型中间包上的应用效果进行评价。用物理流动模型与数值模拟对钢液的流动进行模拟。结果表明:中间包大型夹杂物去除效率提高了17.1%,死区比例减小了8%。According to analyze the purity of the molten steel in the tundish and the purity of the slab after the application of filter, the application effect of the CaO filter in the 50 t T-shape tundish was evaluated. The physical fluid model and numerical model are also utilized to study the fluid field of the molten steel. It has been demonstrated that the ratio of the large inclusion removal effect has been improved by 17. 1%, and the ratio of the dead zone has been decreased by 8%.
