摘  要:对近年来国外电工钢的生产技术发展做了全面总结,分别阐述了在当前要求节能、降耗、环保的背景下,世界各大钢铁企业对取向硅钢及无取向电工钢制造工艺技术研发的现状,以及在提高产品性能,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力等方面所取得的技术创新成果。介绍了具有代表性的研发趋势,如薄板坯连铸连轧、双辊薄带铸轧等新工艺。经过不断探索完善以后,这些具有紧凑、高效优势的电工钢生产方式将会得到广泛应用。Recent research and technology development of grain oriented electrical steel as well as non-oriented electrical steel in the world were summarized, considering power saving and energy conservation requirements. Under the driving forces of increasing quality, reducing consumption in order to stay competitive on the market, producers have achieved some advanced process technologies. Rather new manufacturing technologies such as thin slab casting rolling and twin roll casting technology were prospected. These more compact and effective technologies are promising and will be widely used after sufficient research and industrial tests.
