摘  要:利用荧光光谱法研究了钇-铕-美他环素(MTC)-CTMAB体系的稀土共发光效应,最佳形成条件,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,提出了测定MTC的荧光分光光度法。结果表明,共发光体系的荧光强度与MTC的浓度在1.0×10-7mol/L^1.5×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为3.6×10-8mol/L。采用标准加入法测定了药物制剂中的MTC。In this study, the co-luminescence effect of Y^+3 -Eu^3+-metacycline (MTC)-cetyltrimethylammonimn bromide (CTMAB) system was studied and the luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed. Based on the co-luminescence effect, a fluorescent method for the determination of MTC has been proposed. The effects of various factors on the system were investigated in detail. Under optimum conditions, a hnear relationship was obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the MTC concentration in the range of 1.0×10^-7mol/L-1.5×10^-5mol/L. The detection limit of MTC was 3.6 ×10^-5 mol/L. This system was used for the determination of MTC in the tablet samples with satisfactory results.
