摘 要:为了探索干燥质量优良、防腐剂流失率低的防腐木材干燥工艺,在70、80、90℃三种温度下,对速生马尾松防腐木进行干燥,并进行7和14 d的流失试验,分析干燥工艺与防腐剂流失率的关系。结果表明:随着干燥温度的升高,防腐剂的流失率增大;马尾松防腐木的最佳干燥温度为70℃。The authors evaluated the temperature effect on preservative leaching from preservative-treated fast-grown Masson's Pine (Pinus massoniana) to optimize the drying process. After being dried at various temperatures (70, 80, and 90 ℃), the specimens were separated into three groups to conduct leaching tests with durations of 0, 7 and 14 days, respectively. The percentages of copper leached from the specimens were evaluated. The results indicated that the wood dried at high temperature leached more copper than that dried at lower temperature. It was recommended that the drying temperature should not exceed 70 ℃ for preservative-treated fastgrown Pinus massonian to obtain the highest preservative retention level.
