摘 要:以粘胶、涤纶混纺的无纺布为基体,用化学镀镍进行导电化处理和电沉积,制备了MH/Ni电池集流体用三维结构镍纤维毡。用SEM、EDS和XRD对样品的形貌、元素和物相进行分析。镍纤维呈中空结构,管壁光滑,壁厚约为2μm,柔韧性较好,元素组成为99.44%的Ni和少量P、C,面密度为492.86 g/m2,孔隙率约为93%。Ni/MH battery current collector used three-dimensional nickel fibre feh was prepared by conductive treating with electroless nickel plating and electrodeposition, non-woven fabric blended with viscose and terylene was used as matrix. SEM, EDS and XRD were used to analyze the morphology,element and phase of the samples. The nickel fibre was hollow structure,its tube wall was smooth,the thickness was about 2 μm,its flexility was fine. The elemental composition was 99.44% of Ni and small amounts of P,C. The area density was 492.86 g/m^2,the porosity was about 93%.
