摘 要:目的:研究狗舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮含量。方法:采用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法,对提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、料液比4个因素进行研究,并以芦丁为标准品,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果:狗舌草总黄酮的料液比,提取温度影响较大,提取时间、提取次数相对较小。结论:最佳提取工艺:提取温度80℃,料液比1:10,提取时间3h,提取次数2次。Objective:To study the extraction technology and content of total flavonoids from T.kirilowii. Methods: In the method of one-way and orthogonal test, extraction time, extraction temperature,extraction times and the rate of solvent to material were studied. The content of total flavonoids was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as the target. Results:The factors affecting total flavonoids yield was in the order of extraction temperature ,the rate of solvent to material, extraction time and extraction times. Conclusion:The parameters of the best extraction technology are as follows: extraction temperature of 80 ℃, the rate of solvent to material 1:10, reiluxing and extracting 3 h for 2 times.
