摘 要:基因克隆技术是生命科学技术领域里非常重要的部分,为了纵览植物基因克隆的理论和技术的发展创新历程,对各种技术体系,正向遗传学途径、反向遗传学途径(包含定位克隆和同源序列克隆及随后发展起来的电子克隆)进行了综述。随着后基因组时代的到来,植物基因克隆技术将发挥更加重要的作用。Gene cloning technology is a very important in life science area. In order to insight the development and renovation process of gene cloning theories and techniques, many important cloning technique system applied in plant research were reviewed. Forward genetics strategy was based on expressed functions of genes, which by means of identifying the product or the mutant phenotype of gene. Forward genetics strategy included two aspects: functional cloning and phenotype cloning. Reverse genetics strategy was founded on the special location and sequences of gene itself, including positional cloning, homology cloning, and electronic cloning which developed in recent years. With the advent of post-genome era, plant gene cloning technology will play more important role in the future.
