蔓茎顶直插接法在苦瓜嫁接上的应用试验

摘　　要：用3个砧木品种进行了蔓茎顶直插接法在苦瓜上的应用试验。试验结果表明,蔓茎顶直插接法在不同砧木上嫁接,成苗率均较高,除小籽型砧木成苗率为91.0%外,其他2种砧木均达95%以上。且蔓茎顶直插接法不需要嫁接夹固定,省工易行,因此,蔓茎顶直插接法在苦瓜嫁接上是可行的。Grafting by inserting scion into apical bud vertically doesn＇t need clip and can be done easily. We did bitter guard grafting experiment with this method in three kind of stock. It approved that the percentage of successful grafting was high in different stock. The percentage of small-seed stock arrived to 91.0% and the other two were above 95%. Grafting by inserting scion into apical bud vertically can be used in bitter guard grafting.
