丹黄方与综合疗法联用治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹黄方治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,对照组38例,以保肝退黄降酶、促进肝细胞再生、维持水电解质平衡等西药综合对症支持治疗;治疗组44例,在上述综合治疗的基础上加服丹黄方,1剂/d,水煎分两次服用。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后肝功能、凝血酶原活动度、临床症状及并发症的改善情况及预后。结果:治疗组患者肝功能、凝血酶原活动度、临床症状体征的改善均明显优于对照组。治疗组总有效率为81.82%,对照组为60.53%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹黄方可改善慢性重型乙型肝炎患者肝功能、凝血酶原活动度,缓解临床症状及体征,减少并发症的发生。Objective： To observe the treatment effect of chronic severe hepatitis B with Danhuangfang. Methods： Eighty two cases of chronic severe hepatitis were divided into two groups in random. The thirty eight cases in the control group were treated with protecting liver cells, keeping the balance of water, salt and electrolyte and other integrated supporting treatment for the symptom in western medicine. In the base of the treatments which were used in the control group, the forty four cases in the ther- apy group taked Danhuangfang of one dosage decocting with water at twice per day. The control group and the therapy group were treated for one month respectively. The improvements of liver function, prothrombin activity, clinical symptom, complications and prognosis in the two groups were observed after the treatments. Results： The group of Danhuangfang could improve liver function, prothrombin activity, ease clinical symptom, reduce complications and obviously elevate the survival rate in chronic severe hepatitis. The effect in the group of Danhuangfang was better than the pure western medicine group. The total efficiency was 81.82% in the therapy group, and 60. 53% in the control group. There were significant difference in the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhuangfang can improve liver function, prothrombin activity of chronic severe hepatitis, ease clinical symptom, reduce complications and depress the mortality.
