摘 要:目的:探讨利用超声化学的方法降解HBV DNA的可能性。方法:将HBV DNA阳性血清40例分为亚甲蓝超声化学组(MB-S组)、单纯超声组、单纯亚甲蓝组、对照组4组,每组各10例,分别予以相应的处理,应用荧光定量PCR技术观察HBV DNA降解情况。结果:MB-S组HBV DNA含量下降明显,与其他组比较差异有显著性意义。结论:MB-S法可以降解HBV DNA,这一新技术有重要的应用前景,值得深入研究。Objective: To observe the ability of inactivating HBV DNA in blood by methylene blue sonochemical methods. Methods: The samples of HBV DNA positive blood were divided into 4 groups randomly, methylene blue sonochemical group (MB-S group), sonochemical alone group, methylene blue alone group and the control group. After the treatment as ac- cordingly, test the HBV DNA by RT-PCR. Results : The efficiency of inactivation of HBV DNA in blood by MB-S group was significantly higher than the others ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion : MB-S methods can inactivate HBV DNA in blood effectively, it may be a promising noveral method for virus inactivation.
