叶下珠片和至灵胶囊联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察叶下珠片和至灵胶囊联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者的疗效。方法:158例慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者随机分为用叶下珠片和至灵胶囊联合治疗组及空白对照组,分别在治疗前、治疗第12周检测患者血清HBV DNA水平、HBeAg阴转率和HBeAg、抗-HBe转换率,并比较不同基线血清HBV DNA。结果:叶下珠片和至灵胶囊联合治疗组和空白对照组携带者的人口学、临床和病毒学特征均具有可比性。治疗12周时,治疗组和空白对照组携带者HBV DNA低于检测值率分别为27.5%和5.13%(P<0.05),HBeAg阴转率分别为13.75%和3.85%(P<0.05),HBeAg血清学转换率分别为7.50%和1.28%(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:叶下珠片和至灵胶囊联合治疗能降低慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者HBV DNA水平,具有一定的HBeAg阴转率和HBeAg血清学转换率。Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy of Yexiazhu tablet combined with Zhiling capsule on chronic hepatitis B virus carriers. Methods： One hundred and fifty-eight cases of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers were randomly divided into combined therapy of Yexiazhu tablet and Zhiling capsule group and blank control group. The serum HBV DNA level, HBeAg neg- ative conversion rate and HBeAg, anti-HBe conversion rates before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment were detected respec-tively, and the different baseline serum HBV DNA were compared. Results： The demography, clinical and virological characteristic of the people in the combination therapy group and blank control group were comparable. After 12 weeks of treatment, HBV DNA values below the detection limit rates were 27.5% and 5.13% （P 〈0.05） respectively in combination treatment group and blank control group, HBeAg negative conversion rates were 13.75% and 3.85% （ P 〈 0.05 ）, serum HBeAg conversion rates were 7.50% and 1.28% （P 〈 0. 05 ） . No obvious adverse reactions were found in two groups. Conclusion： The combination therapy of Yexiazhu tablet and Zhiling capsule could reduce HBV DNA level of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers; HBeAg negative conversion rate and serum HBeAg conversion rates were significantly higher than blank control group.
