摘 要:克拉玛依油田六、九区污水回用锅炉后,使锅炉、水处理设备产生了大量的腐蚀,因此调查分析了油田污水深度处理使用中设备腐蚀的各种原因,结合设备维修和技术改进的现场经验,提出防止和减缓腐蚀的措施。防腐蚀工程是一个系统工程,不同环境,不同腐蚀介质,所采取的防护手段也不尽相同。只有深入现场调查研究,充分了解各种涂料性能和防扩工艺,才能有针对性地采取防护措施,利用有限的维护资金,使设备得到充分保护,保证生产顺利进行,延长设备的使用寿命。Corrosion of the boilers and water treatment equipment in District 6 and District 9 of Karamay Oilfield has been serious since wastewater was recycled to the boilers.This article investigates and analyzes various reasons for equipment corrosion during advanced treatment of oilfield wastewater,and advances some measures for corrosion prevention and mitigation based on the field experiences in equipment maintenance and technology improvement.Anticorrosion engineering is systematic,and different protection measures should be taken for different environment and different corrosive medium.Site investigation is required to fully understand the performance of various coatings,so as to take appropriate protection measures,make use of the limited maintenance fund to protect equipment,ensure the smooth production and prolong the service life of equipment.
