摘　　要：介绍铝板材铸轧机熔炼炉、静置炉温度控制系统的原理,分析原设计控制系统出现的控制仪表烧毁及电气故障、仪表故障与电气故障难以判别、致使故障处理时间较大等原因,并对其控制系统实施了改造,取得了较好的效果。This paper recommends the principle of the temperature control system on melting furnace of casting and rolling mill and stewing furnace,makes analysis aiming at the problems of the control instrument burn down,electric fault and difficulties in distinguishing the instrument fault and electric fault,which makes the treatment time is very long,implements reformation on the control system,obtains good effect.
