合作教育与商学本科实践教学创新

摘　　要：国内外商学院教育都强调现场教学实习对培养应用性人才的重要性。在国外实验多年的以学生为主体,结合学校、用人单位通过实际用工进行现场教学实习的合作教育形式,为商学本科实践教学提供了一个独特的范式。合作教育的价值取向、运作模式和制度化的设置,对我国商学本科实践性教学的改革与创新具有借鉴意义。Business school education all over the world emphasizes the importance of practical on-site education and apprenticeship to the breeding of pragmatic talents. The co-op education, which has been in practice overseas for many years, is a unique student-oriented model that connects school and employers in order to provide students with practical work experience. The value proposition, operational structure, systematical setting of the co-op education provides reference model for the transformation and innovation of China＇ s undergraduate business education.
