摘 要:以福早红、鲁加3号和鲁加6号3个苹果品种的组培苗叶片为试材,研究了植物生长调节剂、基因型、暗培养、AgNO3对苹果叶片不定芽分化的影响.结果表明:福早红、鲁加3号和鲁加6号3个苹果品种的组培苗叶片分化最佳培养基分别为MS+6-BA4mg/L+NAA0.20mg/L,MS+6-BA4mg/L+NAA0.10mg/L,MS+6-BA4mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L;基因型是决定苹果组培苗叶片分化的重要因素,3个苹果品种叶片分化不定芽的能力从大到小依次是福早红、鲁加6号、鲁加3号;暗培养可以明显促进苹果叶片进行脱分化,提高叶片的分化率,苹果叶片暗培养处理的最佳时间为15d;AgNO3抑制苹果叶片愈伤组织的形成,不能促进其叶片不定芽的形成.Three apple cultivars named Fuzaohong, Lujia 3 and Lujia 6 were used to study the effects of different plant growth regulators, genotypes, dark treatment and AgNO3 on adventitious shoot regeneration of leaves from apple grown in tubes. The results showed that the optimum medium of adventitious shoot regeneration for Fuzaohong, Lujia 3 and Lujia 6 apples respectively were MS+6-BA 4 mg/L + NAA 0.20 mg/L, MS+6-BA 4 mg/L + NAA 0.10 mg/L, MS+6-BA 4 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L. The genotype was key factor on adventitious shoot regeneration of apple leaves. The ability of leaf regeneration frequency of Fuzaohong apple was highest, but that of Lujia 3 was lowest. Dark treatment could increase obviously the ability of adventitious shoot regeneration and promote redifferentiation of apple leaves. The optimal time of dark treatment was 15 days. AgNO3 could restrain formation of callus, but couldn't promote the adventitious shoot regeneration of leaves.
