摘 要:以循环流化床锅炉实施炉内喷钙脱硫工程改造为基础,设计并实现了一套完整的基于DCS自动控制的炉内喷钙脱硫控制系统.在分析了该脱硫的工艺和系统的组成及功能的基础上,给出了系统的总体结构,讨论了系统各部分功能的实现方法和技术方案,详细说明了脱硫过程控制的实现方法.实际运行结果表明,该系统具有结构合理,功能完善,自动化程度高,运行稳定可靠等特点,研究的结果对新电厂的设计和老电厂的改造具有一定的意义.A completed DCS-based CFB (Circulated Fluidized Bed)limestone injection desulfurization control systems is designed and implemented in this paper, which takes a power plant project-based transformation as back-ground. The overall structure, function method and technology programmes of every part of the system is given and illuminated in this article, based on the analysis of the system components and functions, the desulfurization process control is detailed description method. Actual operating results show that this system has features such as rational structure, function improved, high degree of automatization, stable and reliable operations. The results of the study of the new power plant design and the transformation of old power plants have a certain significance.
