摘 要:油井酸化作业是油田增产的主要措施。随着深井和超深井的不断出现,对于这些油井的复杂酸化作业,许多缓蚀剂表现出酸溶性不佳,抗温能力差,缓蚀性能不好等问题。如果通过增加缓蚀剂的用量来提高缓蚀剂对井下金属设备和管线的防护能力,不仅会增加酸化作业的成本,对酸化作业带来不利影响,而且有可能对地层造成伤害。所以,开发良好性能的缓蚀剂具有重要现实意义。本试验以甲醛、苯乙酮、乙二胺为主要原料,通过曼尼希反应所得产品与氯化苄反应,得到了一种油井抗高温的酸化缓蚀剂SYB,并对缓蚀剂SYB的酸溶性、缓蚀性等性能进行了评价。评价结果表明:该缓蚀剂的酸溶性较好,与其他酸化添加剂配伍性好,无毒,能抗高温,在不同酸液中均表现出了优良的缓蚀性能。In oil wells development,the acidification is the important stimulation treatments. With deep wells and over deep wells exploited,lots of corrosion inhibitors show some problems.For example, poor dissolution and bad anticorrosion properties, etc... If the underground metal equipment and pipeline were protected by increasing the amount of corrosion inhibitor, this would not only increase the cost and lead to an adverse impact on operations, but also have a possibility of formation damage. Therefore, the development of corrosion inhibitors with the good performance is very important and practical significance. In this paper, formaldehyde, acetophenone, ethylene diamine were used to be the main raw materials through Mannich reaction to get a condensation compound, and then it was reacted with benzyl chloride to get a high temperature aciding corrosion inhibitor SYB.Meanwhile, acid-soluble, inhibition of corrosion and others performance of SYB were evaluated. The results show that the acid-soluble corrosion inhibitor is nonpoisonous,compatibility with other additives,resistant to high temperature, in different acid it was shown excellent corrosion properties.
