摘 要:结合油田开发中油管腐蚀、结垢严重难题,利用国家"863"最新研究成果——钨基非晶态合金电镀技术,生产出镀渗钨基非晶态合金防腐耐磨油管——钨合金油管。分析了钨合金油管结构与耐磨蚀机理,从防腐、耐磨及防垢三方面考察了其应用性能,并成功在腐蚀、结垢严重的井开展现场试验。应用后油井平均免修期延长106天,油田吨液耗电量降低0.64 kW.h。该钨合金油管的研制与成功应用,解决了油田生产难题。To solve the problem of tubing corrosion and scaling in oil development, tungalloy oil tube was invented, which based on one of the latest achievements in national 863 Project, the technique of amorphous tungsten alloy electroplating. This paper analyzed the structure and abrasion resistance mechanism of tungalloy oil tube. Its excellent performance was verified in lab and site on anti-corrosion, abrasive resistance and scale inhibition. And the oil wells’ average maintenance free period had been prolonged 106 days and the power consumption of producing liquid had been reduced 0.64kWh/t.This technique solved one of the difficulties in oil production.
