摘　　要：针对煤矿传统使用的卡绳装置在实际应用中暴露出来的不足,在分析了卡绳过程中的受力原理及其工作过程的基础上,给出了快速卡绳的基本结构方案,并完成了具体的结构设计,实现了大型提升容器的快速卡绳,具有安装维护方便等特点,对于推动大型提升容器快速卡绳装置的研究具有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at the problems of traditional clip wire rope device that used in coal mine scene, on the basis of analyzing the stress principle and working processing, the whole structure scheme of clip wire rope device was pointed out, and the structure was finished in detail. All the work realizes the aim of clipping wire rope fast, and this device has features of installing and maintaining easily, which is significative for promoting the research on fast clip wire rope devices.
