摘　　要：介绍了金鸡岩洗选厂通过使用EMT钢丝绳探伤仪,对货运索道钢丝绳进行定期检测,结合人工核查,对钢绳的安全使用作出一个较为科学的判断,避免了因人工检查和凭经验判定钢绳的使用寿命而造成的不必要的经济损失,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。Introduces the Jinjiyan Preparation Plant through the use of EMT wire rope flaw detector for cargo cableway wire rope regular testing, combined with manual verification,to make a more scientific judgments for the safe use of rope and avoided unnecessary economic losses due to manual inspection and use their experience to determine the service life of wire rope and had better economic and social benefits.
