摘　　要：总成装配与调试是工程机械维修中的一个难点,装配工艺要求高,不允许有任何失误,为提高维修质量和效率,经反复实践研究,总结出柳工ZL50C型装载机的总成装配与调试方法,旨在为同行提供借鉴作用。The set assembling and the debugging are very difficult in the project machinery service.The requirement for assembly technological is rather high, so it does not allow any fault. To enhance the service quality,after the repeated practices the research, summarizes the assembling and setting method for the willow labor ZLSOC car loader, hoping it can be some refrences for the colleages.
