堆型艾美耳球虫感染对鸡若干血液理化指标的影响

摘　　要：以120只28日龄健康的罗曼蛋公雏为研究对象,研究堆型艾美耳球虫对感染鸡部分血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,感染后红细胞数量,血红蛋白、血钙、血钠、血镁、血糖、胆固醇、血清总蛋白的含量及血清SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活性降低,其中红细胞数在第6、8天显著下降(P<0.05);血红蛋白在第4、8天显著下降(P<0.05);血钙在第8天显著下降(P<0.05);血镁和血清总蛋白在第8、10天显著下降(P<0.05);SOD活性在第2、4天显著降低(P<0.05)。血钾略升高,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。血清碱性磷酸酶先降低后又升高,最后恢复至对照组水平。One hundred and twenty chickens of 28-day-old were used to investigate the effects of E.acervulina on partial serum physiological and biochemical parameters.The results showed that the quantity of erythrocyte,the contents of hemoglobin,calcium,sodium,magnesium,serum glucose,serum cholesterol,serum total protein and the activities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,catalase decreased compared with control group.The quantity of erythrocyte decreased significantly on the 6th and 8th day（P〈0.05）;the contents of hemoglobin decreased significantly on the 4th and 8th day （P 〈 0. 05） ; the calcium level decreased significantly on the 8th day （P 〈 0. 05） ; the magnesium and serum total protein level decreased significantly on the 8th and lOth day （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the activities of superoxide dismutase decreased significantly on the 2nd and 4th day （P 〈 0.05） . The contents of potassium increased slightly, but without significant difference compared with the control group, The alkaline phosphatase levels decreased firstly, then increased to the level of the control group.
