皇甫山虫生真菌物种多样性研究

摘　　要：对安徽省自然保护区皇甫山7月份的虫生真菌群落进行调查研究,共发现3科8属13种。该林区虫生真菌群落的主要成分是球孢白僵菌、柱孢绿僵菌、玫烟色棒束孢和细脚棒束孢。其中棒束孢属为优势属,共4种。分别描述这13种虫生真菌的标本特征、培养性状和显微形态。物种多样性研究结果表明,该保护区7月份虫生真菌Shannon-Winener指数H′为2.881 6,均匀度E为0.778 7,其值明显大于琅琊山同期虫生真菌的多样性指数。可见该保护区虫生真菌种类较为丰富,分布均匀。An investigation on the community of entomogenous fungi in Huangfu Mountain provincial nature reserve in Anhui was made, and 13 species belonging to 8 genera and 3 families were found. The main components of the community were Beauveria bassiana,Metarhizium cylindrosporae,Isaria fumosorosea and L tenuipes. The dominant genus was Isaria, including 4 species. The specimen symptome, cultivation characters and morphological characters were also described in detail. The diversity results showed that the value of diversity index H＇ was 2. 881 6,and the value of evenness E was 0. 778 7. The value of diversity index in Huangfu Mountain was obvious higher than that of Langya Mountain in the same time. We can conclude that the species diversities of entomogenous fungi in Huangfu Mountain are rich and distributed evenly.
