摘 要:比较不同贮藏温度下自然干燥的毛竹种子贮藏2.5年后的发芽力,分析种子含水量对不同温度条件下贮藏2年后的毛竹种子生活力的影响。结果表明,低温和适度干燥是保存毛竹种子生活力的重要因素,单独的低温处理效果不显著,干燥和低温相结合是保存毛竹种子的有效手段。贮藏温度直接影响毛竹种子贮藏最适含水量,温度越低,最适含水量越高,保持较高种子生活力的适宜含水量范围越宽。4℃条件下毛竹种子保存的最适含水量为7.45%,25℃条件下毛竹种子保存的最适含水量为6.46%,但同样在适宜的含水量条件下25℃的储存效果没有4℃好。4℃贮藏后的种子内MDA含量明显低于25℃贮藏的种子,抗氧化酶POD、SOD和CAT活性则显著高于后者。适度干燥的种子内MDA含量显著降低,抗氧化酶活性明显提高。提高种子的抗氧化能力、减轻膜质过氧化是低温和适度干燥的毛竹种子贮藏期间有效保持种子活力的主要生理生化原因之一。In this study, the germination abilities were compared among air drying Moso bamboo seeds which were stored in five different storage temperature for two and half years. The effects of moisture content on seed vitalities were analyzed after the Moso bamboo seeds stored for two years in different storge temperature. Results showed that low temperature and moderate drying were significant factors and effective methods for keeping seed vitality of Moso bamboo seeds, only low temperature was not helpful to seed storage. The optimum moisture content for seeds storage depended on storge temperature, the lower the temperature was, the wider the optimum moisture content range was and the optimum moisture content for keeping higher seed vitality was higher. The optimum seeds moisture content at 4℃ and 25℃ were 7.45% and 6. 46%, respectively. The MDA content of Moso bamboo seeds stored at 4℃ was obviously lower and activities of three kinds of antioxidant enzymes POD, SOD and CAT were remarkably higher than that of stored at 25℃. The MDA content decreased obviously and the activities of POD, SOD and CAT increased remarkably in the moderately dried seeds of Moso bamboo. The main reasons to keep seed vitality were increasing antioxidant ability and suppressing lipid peroxidation of Moso bamboo seeds with moderately drying and low temperature during storage.
