摘 要:通过试验区杨树桑天牛的调查,试验区桑天牛的虫株率为26.25%,虫口密度为0.693 1头.株-1,该区桑天牛属于严重发生程度。氯胺磷5倍液和10倍液注干防治桑天牛幼虫试验结果表明,幼虫死亡率分别为87.5%和77.3%,校正死亡率分别为85%和72.7%,校正虫口减退率分别为85%和72.7%,防治效果显著,氯胺磷5倍液防治效果优于10倍液防治效果。幼虫死亡个体数以注药后6 d内达最大值,其中以注药后2 d内死亡个体数最多。The efficacy of chloramine phosphorus against Apriona germari Hope was conducted in a poplar stands,where the infection rate by A.germari was 26.25% and the population density was 0.6931 per tree.Two dose of chloramine phosphorus were prepared,which were 10 times and 5 times dilution from original chloramine phosphorus by water,then were injected into infected trees.The results showed that chloramine phosphorus displayed a good control against A.germari larvae;the mortalities of A.germari was 87.5% at 5 times diluted chloramine phos-phorus and 77.3% at 10 times;the corrected mortalities of A. germari were 85% and 72.7% ,respectively. The effect of 5 times diluted chloramine phosphorus was significantly higher than that of 10 times dilution. The maximum of larvae death reached within six days after treated with chloramine phosphorus and the mortality was the highest at the second day.
