摘 要:研究硝酸钙溶液对5个不同品系(A、B、C、D、I)番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明,低浓度的硝酸钙对某些品系种子的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗胚轴的生长有一定的促进作用,但对所有参试品系胚根的生长却表现出显著的抑制作用(P<0.05)。随着盐浓度的增加,硝酸钙对各品系种子萌发的抑制作用也随之增强,不同品系的种子所受的抑制程度不同。综合对比各品系种子的相对半致死盐浓度以及相对发芽能力和生长指标,评价其耐盐性强弱顺序为I>D>A>B>C。Five strains of tomato seeds ( A, B, C, D, I) were treated with Ca( NO3 ) 2 solution. The results indicated that, germination rate, germination energy and the growth of hypocotyl could be promoted by lower concentration Ca( NO3 )2, but the growth of seedlings radicle was inhibited at a significant level (P 〈 0.05 ). The inhibitive effects on the seed germinations increased, as Ca( NO3 )2 concentrations rose, and different strains were differently inhibited. Comprehensive analysis was made on the relative median lethal concentration, index of relative germination ability and the growth of seedlings. The results showed that their order of salt resistance ability was I 〉 D 〉 A 〉 B〉C.
