浅析现行两部制电价与变压器经济运行的不协调

摘　　要：现行两部制电价与鼓励用户变压器采用经济运行方式有不协调之处。介绍了两部制电价下电费的计费方法,分析推导了变压器经济运行时对应的负载率,通过实际算例论述了现行两部制电价与变压器经济运行有时会出现的矛盾,提出了基于变压器经济运行下的两部制电价改进方案,以寻求经济运行和节约电费支出的双重效益。There is discordance between present two-part tariff and urging economic operation of transformer. The article describes the pricing method under two-part tariff, analyzes the load rate corresponding to economic operation of transformer. By a practical calculation example, the paper describes the contradiction sometimes occurred between present two-part tariff and economic operation of transformer, presents an improved scheme for two-part tariff based economic operation of transformer to seek benefit in both transformer economic operation and etectricity tariff saving.
