摘  要:用表面化学镀银的方法制备了尼龙-6镀银纤维,称量镀银前后纤维的质量并计算出银层的厚度,得出了硝酸银体积质量、葡萄糖体积质量、镀液pH值、镀池温度值,并实验研究了镀银时间等因素对纤维镀层厚度的影响。通过实验得出该纤维的最佳镀银条件:硝酸银体积质量为0.02g/mL;葡萄糖体积质量为0.035g/mL;镀液pH值为12;镀池温度为40℃;镀银时间为2h。镀银后纤维的物理机械性能变化不大,电阻率明显下降。The process of chemical silver plating on nylon-6 fiber is studied. The mass of fiber was weighed before and after silver plating and the thickness of silver was figured out. It was found that concentration of silver nitrate and dextrose, pH, temperature and reaction time of chemical plating have great effects on the thickness of silver. Through experiments the obtained best conditions of silver plating are as follows: concentration of silver nitrate is 0.02 g/mL, concentration of dextrose is 0.035 g/mL, pH=12, temperature of chemical plating is 40℃ and reaction time of chemical plating is 2 hours. Physical and mechanical properties of nylon-6 fiber have not been changed before and after silver plating. The electrical resistivity of nylon 6 fiber decreases obviously.
