摘  要:设计的三自由度轮-轴扭振实验装置用于测量系统的主振型、分析附加质量对振型和固有频率的影响等教学实验。在此实验装置上,应用测量技术与方法,结合振动分析理论和有限元数值模拟,组成一项综合性力学实验。介绍了该实验装置的结构、有限元模拟方法和测量方法,对三自由度扭振系统进行了理论分析。该实验已正式列为该校工程力学专业教学实验,经过三届教学应用证实,其理论、计算与实测结果相吻合,实验台工作稳定,对于学生实验动手和综合分析能力有良好的培养效果。The design and application of a new integrative teaching experiment device for main models measur ing of multi DOF torsion vibration are introduced. The device is a 3 DOF wheel-axle test set built by authors. In the experiment, measuring practice was carried out under the supports of theoretical analysis and FEM simulation. These 3 kinds of basic drillings were combined organically to enhance the capacity of problem solving. The project has been listed in the course scheme of engineering mechanics specialty and has received favorable effect in our teaching practice.
