摘　　要：为推动建筑节能工作，有必要对中国建筑能耗现状、影响因素及发展趋势进行研究．依据国家统计局资料进行统计得出的数据，运用相关回归分析、方差分析和图表对中国建筑能耗量、相关因素、能耗结构及住宅能耗等进行了全面分析，并对今后的建筑能耗作了预测，为有关部门制订建筑节能政策措施提供参考依据．t is necessary to study the present situation, influence factors and development tendency of the Chinese energy consumption for the aim of impelling architecture energy saving. Depending on the data obtained from the statistics and using correlationregression analysis,analysis of variance and statistical charts,the energy consumption in buildings,correlation factors,energy consumption structure and the energy consumption in residences in China are analyzed and discussed .The predication for the energy consumption is also made. 
