摘　　要：实行定额核算、有偿使用制度，是高校教学科研公用房产资源管理机制制度的创新。全面贯彻落实科学发展观，以改革为动力，以更新观念为先导，积极探索高校公用房产资源优化配置机制和科学管理模式，实施公用房有偿使用制度取得初步成效。The system of implementing quota accounting, conpensation for the use of resources is the innovation of management mechanism for public housing in colleges and universities. This article actively explores the optimal allocation mechanism for public housing resources, which achieves some good results.
