头孢硫脒在耳鼻咽喉科应用的临床疗效与安全性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用头孢硫脒治疗耳鼻咽喉科感染性疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:100例耳鼻咽喉科感染的患者随机分成试验组和对照组50例,试验组:注射用头孢硫脒(阿威欣)2g bid静推或静滴;疗程(7～14)天,重症感染者可适当延长。对照组:注射用头孢呋辛钠1.5g bid静推或静滴,疗程同实验组相同。结果:试验组和对照组的临床有效率分别为92.0%和90.0%,无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组各有皮疹1例,停药后均消失。结论:注射用头孢硫脒用于治疗耳鼻咽喉科感染安全、有效。Objective：Discussion injection cefathiamidinc otorhinolaryngology treatment of infectious diseases clinical efficacy and safety. Methods：100 cases of infection in otorhinolaryngology were randomly divided into test group and control group 50 cases. Test Group：Cefathiamidine injection 2g bid were used in static push or intravenous infusion. Course of （7-14） days, Severe infection could be extended. The control group：Cefuroxime Sodium for Injection 1,5g bid were used static push or intravenous infusion, treatment with the same experimental group, Results：Test group and control group clinical efficacy rates were 92.0% and 90.0%, no significant difference （P〉0.05） 1 cases of the two groups have a rash, disappeared after drug withdrawal. Conelusion：Cefathiamidine injection for the treatment of infection in otorhinolaryngotogy safe and effective.
