摘　　要：未成年人恢复性司法摆脱消极的惩罚观念,重视对未成年犯罪人的社会矫治,重视社会的长远利益。我国有建立这一制度的可行性,辅之于相关制度性设计,可以使这一司法模式发挥其应有的作用。Minor restorative justice releases from the passive publishment conception, attaches a great importance to the social rehabilitation of under--age offenders and the long--term interests of society. China has the feasibility to establish the system,combined with a related procedure designation,in order to perform their proper functions.
